D.setFade() Artifact in Full Screen (after Tab out and in, Intel Graphic)
Hi, I notice the render artifact for Intel HD Graphic (Mine is HD 630) and D.setFade during Full Screen AFTER tab out of the game then fading.
A Modified Tutorial (added Q to fade and auto full screen)

Procedure.
1. Run the game and it will fullscreen itself.
2. Alt-Tab out to Windows then in.
3. Press "Q" to Fade.
Not sure if this thing causing a crash, because there's a player crashing in my game and this is the only thing I could relate to.

Thank you for reporting the problem, I can repro on my Intel UHD 630, but it works fine on GeForce 1050ti.
I've tried to do some tests, however it looks like it's a bug in Intel Graphics driver.
