I try export as FBX format from 3dsmax 2012 but it does not work to import. DAE the mesh itself and animation are corrupted, Did it work for you Esenthel?

Should be possible to set flag status, better then rebuilding the navmesh. Feature like recast navigation + avoid closest neighbors can be useful. Edit: Like Zervox pointed out :]
