I'm not a Esenthel user but personally I think it has room for improvement, this is my opinion/suggestions: IMO Titan is a generic name, Esenthel is not perfect, is hard to pronounce (at lest for me)...

If is not a camera fov problem than based on your data, your moon is slightly smaller than the real thing but is also a tad near than the real thing, so it should look visually, similar to what it doe...
