New content I was testing
Today I Made 3 new tree types in Tree[d} put in collisions for them 15 new models. Added 18 new houses. Did conversion and put in collisions. Put this in the world to test that it works. The MOVW Whren is moving forward. smile Esenthel engine testing out well. Fraps was eating half the frame rate again. :(

Quite a days work but it was worth the end result. smile

Fraps loves to eat performance while recording.

Looks fairly good.

but why two forum threads?

Looks fine, but its kinda boring atm, some more variation would be nice... a road, lights and some npc's etc smile

There is always evil somewhere, you just have to look for it properly.

By the way Demi, you can also run Fraps in affinity mode with multi core, let fraps run on the last core(4/and or 3 if Quad core and 2 if dual core) This will result in better performance while recording, atlest that is my experience.

On my Quad core I run fraps on the fourth core only, letting the rest of the cores be free to use for the game/other apps.

Interesting! I never thought of that, how much does it affect the final video quality?

it doesnt affect the video quality, or atleast it shouldn't affect quality, what it does is for the most obvious part is instead of windows handling what cpu it should be on(which doesnt seem to do a good job regarding recording tools) you do it by forcing it to another core which is not used by your game or engine.
