toon character for you
Hey,

in case someone would like to have a 'concept'-character that doesn't look like a fighter or somewhat, i thought i'd share this one with you. It's a max file i found on http://www.3dfiggins.com/gallery.php?id=38&item=69#69 but i did some work adjusting it to make it work with an existing skeleton and standard animations. Here's a screenshot showing how it looks in-game. (from the back, it also has a nose :-)

You can download the mesh and mats from my website:

Cheers!

Great work! smile
How did you make it work with an existing skeleton? Which programm and which skeleton did you use?
By the way... the link to "lambert.zip" is offline.
Thanks!

My mistake. the correct url is:

http://youngmusic.org/downloads/source/lambert.zip (so downloads, not download)

I just used the mesh editor to displace a few parts of the mesh (hands and feet), to make it more the standard pose of the provided warrior. And then in skeleton mode i manually assigned the bone weights. (Which wasn't too hard because of the seperate parts, once i figured out how it worked.)
