I have got question connected with Esenthel 2.0 license. If somebody would change the computer in the future, will he have still the license? In other words, I mean e.g. in two month licensed developer will have changed the computer will he have had license further? I am asking, because in the license agreement there is "This license is per-seat" and this is not fully understood. Thanks.

The license is bound to a person, not his computer.
