Windows smartphone app development?
Having recently acquired a Lumia Windows 8.1 (soon to be upgraded to Windows 10) smartphone, I am interested in using Esenthel to develop DirectX 11.1 based apps for this phone. Is this possible with the current Esenthel version? If so, then what would be the development path to follow?
I know I can follow the direct Visual Studio 2015/DirectX route, but would prefer to use Esenthel.

Unfortunately Windows Universal Apps (required for Windows Phones) are not yet supported.

I would think that many developers are currently sitting on the fence wondering if Windows Universal Apps is the way to go... I guess its up to Microsoft to do the convincing.

I see that Greg has added it to the top of his Roadmap list... but does that mean top priority ? wink

Not necessarily, reading the "Info" part at the top of the roadmap

I've added that to the roadmap. But I won't be doing that any time soon I'm afraid smile most likely latest oculus rift sdk will be updated soon. After that I'll be working on whatever I see fit at the moment
