To create terrain in the world editor, just move your mouse over the terrain grid and hold the Insert key.

I think this is not possible in the Editor. The grass' and trees' animations are vertex shaders, not bone animation sequences.

I also need to get one of the latest dx 11 cards and a better processor some time soon. But I'm pretty happy with my monitors (one Full HD 120Hz Acer for 3D Vision, secondary 1680x1050).
