Issue with weight painting in Mesh Editor

Issue with weight painting in Mesh Editor
Hi,
If got problems weight painting a specific 3D Model, other models work fine.

If I weightpaint an area on the model, the model is weight-painted on the back side of the model.
Please look at these screenshots:

(I painted the area, where the cursor is)

(And this is where it is actually painted)

I sent it to you.

I just noticed, that I get this result when only loading the mesh without materials:

And this is what it looks like, if I load the materials (with culling disabled):

Perhaps it has smth. to do with my weight painting issue...

you can just do "menu\mesh\transform\reverse"
