RE: Horrible Terrain Quality
Hi,
First please change your source image to 16-bit PNG file.
Then you can select "menu\main\new", there you have heightmap resolution options, you can increase it, after that reimport the terrain.
Please make sure that you also have "heightmap\mesh quality" set to full.

RE: Horrible Terrain Quality
I have the resolution from the menu/main/new set to 128 (max), the png is a 16bit file and the mesh quality is set to max in the screenshot i've posted.
Any other ideas?

RE: Horrible Terrain Quality
Here is the png file, as you can see it is a 16bit png.
http://www.mediafire.com/?rv551h76e4ppbj8
About the options, i've tested with changing the size option from 1 to 25 in both vertices, the same with radius option, and the height from 1 to 200.
In all cases the result was the same =/
I hope you can help me with any tip or something to get this terrain working.
Thanks for your help!

RE: Horrible Terrain Quality
You can use the autoupdate tool, 16bit png file will now import correctly in dx10+ too

Oh my god man, thanks for all your work!
And yes, i've used dx10 version of world edit in the screenshot that i've posted.
I'll use the autoupdater.
Greetings!
