Hello there, I have a short query. Does anyone else detect a small lag on this site when they get access? It takes a minimum of several seconds roughly for me to view the index webpage.

I guess thats a problem at the host of this website. The distance between your PC and the Host can make the difference in Ping times/traffic as well.
There is always evil somewhere, you just have to look for it properly.

Login is very quick for me. If it takes more than a second it's only because of lag on my end and a very old computer.
Agree with Dynad on what could cause it though. Location and activity will have a big effect on speed.
