You have to understand that sometimes, Esenthel goes to sleep, and it may take several days for a response as he is often busy . But yeah something like Moneybookers could be a good alternative since it's a know one (never heard of Payza).

its a very famous successfula payment processor and its available in all countries and my country too

but paypal is not available in egypt

My suggestion for a better marketing experience is to add much more options
and add paying via mastercard visa etc there a lot of options I hope management takes care of
