I have uninstalled Esenthel on Windows 10 by deleting the folder on the c:/ drive, is this the correct way?

I have cancelled my subscription by the method of cancelling the agreement on paypal.

On esenthel.com I unticked the subscription box but if I refresh the page, or go back into the main store my subscription is still ticked and active, see:

I am a bit worried my subscription is still active on your site?

it will automatically be disabled after you have cancelled the paypal agreement and the current period runs out.

The check box is for the buy button, for making new purchases.
